Submit a Help Ticket

If you have read the FAQ's, watched the instructional videos and read the how to guides, and still require assistance, please complete a Help Ticket. 

Submit a Support Ticket to an Ecologist for general assistance, help with ecological survey techniques, and sampling requirements.

Submit a Support Ticket to a Technician for technical assistance with the Monitor app.

Once your ticket has been submitted you will receive an automated acknowledgement of receipt. We will provide a response within two working days (SA public holidays excepted).

Please tell us what you are having problems with, be specific where possible - include the module you need support with

Submit a Support Ticket: Technical-based

Describe what you were doing when the error/issue occurred. Be specific as possible so that we can try to re-create the error. Tell us what module, what step/field you were entering, and what went wrong (e.g. could not select module button)
What device, make, and model were you using when the issue occurred
Look in the sidebar menu for the build and version information.
Error messages should be received automatically and our team will be able to cross-check with the information provided.
