Submit a Help Ticket
If you have read the FAQ's, watched the instructional videos and read the how to guides, and still require assistance, please complete a Help Ticket.
Submit a Help Ticket and you will be assigned an Ecologist for general assistance, help with ecological survey techniques, and sampling requirements or a Technician for technical assistance with the Monitor app.
Once your ticket has been submitted you will receive an automated acknowledgement of receipt. We will provide a response within two working days (SA public holidays excepted).
Please note that the EMSA Helpdesk will be closed on Friday 18th, Monday 21st and Friday 25th April for Easter and ANZAC Day public holidays. The EMSA Helpdesk will be available with limited capacity on Tuesday 22nd, Wednesday 23rd and Thursday 24th April.
