    Hi EMSA Community,

DCCEEW and TERN at the 9th National NRM Knowledge Conference

From 8–12 September 2025, teams from DCCEEW and TERN attended the 9th National NRM Knowledge Conference in Cairns. The event provided a valuable opportunity to hear about a wide range of monitoring projects and connect with NRM groups from across the country.

The Monitoring and Evaluation workshop ‘Hackathon’ was a highlight for us, where various monitoring methods—including EMSA—were discussed. Workshop organisers are preparing a summary that will be shared with all participants.

DCCEEW also presented this poster, highlighting EMSA’s framework and showcasing ecological achievements to date.
