    Updates for this fortnight:

    • EMSA Community of Practice #9 will be held on Tuesday 4th March 2025, 2 pm - 3 pm (AEDT) .
      • The CoP theme is ‘BDR data outputs’ and we are structuring this session as a workshop. Download the the workshop outline

    EMSA Helpdesk:

    • Do you need help with Monitor? Maybe something isn't working quite right? Or perhaps you have a suggestion which you think will make Monitor even better!
    • Please submit a ticket! Our team are here to help you and want to make sure your monitoring goes smoothly. When you submit a new ticket we make it a priority to get back to you as quickly as possible to solve your issue.
    • However sometimes we need more information or some help from you to solve the problem. For some problems, delays in receiving information may even compound issues and make them harder for us to solve. The quicker that you can share the information with us (whether we have asked for device information, a screenshot or a 'data-dump') the faster we can get you back on track!

    Spotlight on Regions

    • We are always happy to see what EMSA users are getting up to. Recently the NRM South Biodiversity team have been been out on Bruny Island carrying out baseline flora and fauna surveys and getting familiar with the EMSA protocols. The team completed surveys using the Floristics, Basal Area Surveys and Photopoints modules. Have a look at some photos from their field work below. Read the full newsletter here.
