    NRM Knowledge Conference

The Long Term Monitoring Team (DCCEEW) are presenting a poster at the 9th National NRM Knowledge Conference, 8th to 12th September, in Cairns. The poster is titled “Ecological Monitoring System Australia (EMSA): Enabling nationally comparable Natural Resource Management (NRM) investment assessments”. The poster showcases EMSA and national on-ground ecological achievements to date. Please come and have a chat to them at the conference if you are going!

The Long Term Monitoring Team and TERN are also participating in the Monitoring and Evaluation ‘Hackathon’ at the conference. This workshop is to discuss the range of tools and approaches for monitoring and evaluation in use across the NRM sector; asking which tools can be applied to solving which challenges, and how can they better work in together.
