    • Helpdesk:  Thanks for using the Help Desk with the updated ticket system. If you have a question for our team, please don’t hesitate to get in touch via the Help Desk, don’t forget to sign in first.

    • FAQs: Please let us know if you want to see any new topics covered in the FAQ section of the website. You can make suggestions at the Help Desk, Submit a Ticket and in the Assistance required field select 'Feature suggestion'.

    • Community Forum: The EMSA Community Forum is accessible via the Home page. Please feel free to use these pages to ask and answer questions, and make use of the collective knowledge and experience of the EMSA community.

    • Module updates: Version 2 of some EMSA modules - now available on the website. These updates ensure each module reflects the details in the latest version of the Monitor app. Please go to the Download Documents page of the website for the latest available version of each module.
